PRAGUE (Praha)
is the capital of the Czech Republic
situated in Central Europe. The rich history
of the city covers more than 1000 years. Prague
illustrates the gallery of all architectural styles
represented by churches, palaces, bridges, towers, houses and
narrow medieval streets. The intact
historical core of the city is unique by its setting
and compactness.

PRIVATE WALKING TOURS
The historic centre of Prague is made up of
5 historic districts, spanning both banks of the river Vltava. On
the right bank there is the Old Town
with the picturesque Old Town Square
next to the Jewish Quarter and the New Town
with the Wenceslas Square. The
Baroque Lesser
Town and the Castle
District with the monumental Prague Castle
are
situated on the left bank of the river.
More about Prague.
The
best enjoyment of Prague is guaranteed
on foot. The historic centre is a maze of
narrow, one-way streets between pedestrian zones. The
sights
are close to each other. For longer distances a car may be
arranged on request.
The
below suggested private TOURS are within the historic district
and
can be
fully tailored
to your needs. They
all
last approx. 4 hours.
You can combine
them and make a whole day tour including the
stop for lunch. Two days are recommended to get the most out of Prague.
